Create an Account

In order to create an account with Recovery Aftercare, click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the web page. Then scroll to the “Register” section at the bottom of the web page. Create a username and password, and type them into the indicated fields. Then click the “Register” button.

Account Login

In order to log in to your account, click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the web page. Type your username and password into the indicated fields below the “Login” section of the web page. Then click the “Login” button.

Order Status

Check your order status by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, we will send you an email containing information about your order status. For additional information regarding the status of your order, please contact us. Find our email address on the the “Contact” page located under the “About” menu.

Leave a Review

We are determined to ensure our customers are happy with the products they receive. To leave a product review, click the product you have purchased (found on the ‘Store’ page) and select the “Reviews” tab located above the product description. Then type your review, name, and email address in the indicated fields. After you have filled out all the required information, click the “Submit” button.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please let us know so that we may assist you. You can tell us about the problem you are experiencing by filling out the general form located on the “Contact” page. Type the required information in the indicated fields and describe the problem you are experiencing in the “Message” box. After you have filled out the form, click the “Send” button. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment Methods and Information

In order to purchase an item, click the “Add to Cart” button found on any product listing. When you are ready to check out your item(s), select the shopping cart icon found at the top of the Recovery Aftercare web page for a list of products you have selected. If you have a coupon, type the coupon code into the indicated field and click the “Apply Coupon” button. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, click the small red “x” found beside each product.

When you are ready to check out, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button and type the required information into the indicated fields. Please note that we accept all major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers. After you have filled out all the necessary payment information, click the “Proceed to Order” button and complete your purchase(s).
